Solution Focused Problem Solving
|
The traditional past-orientated approach to problem solving can prove to be lengthy, overwhelming, restricted and limited when searching for long lasting, more permanent (second order) change. A Solution Focused approach is proven as effective and concern´s itself primarily with creating a desired reality and achieving this through the use of simple future focused questioning techniques which are adaptable across both industrial and healthcare settings and can be easily applied within almost any scenario.
